got some amazing corn a few weeks ago at the market. same stall last week had a much sweeter variety and i was disappointed. although the ultra sweet stuff lasts a few extra days, it is not as delicious. unfortunately society is hooked on sweet, so the other stuff seems hard to come by!
Hi Haya! I totally used to cut the corn off the cob too – now I am starting to embrace the messiness. And “Yay” for sweet corn Right now is prime sweet corn time – gotta savour it while it lasts!
